Dear John: It is always nice when someone does the job you pay them to do, but in todays world that's rare. Not only did you do the job, it was ahead of schedule (3 months ahead), it was done right and most of the time you went above and beyond what you had to do. We are living in our dream house in just the right location thanks to your willingness to change your original house plan for this lot. You built us our dream house with all the special touoches we wanted. Kellie and I are laughing at all the people who said that building a house is a nightmare and it would never be done on time. You were always a phone call away and answered any question or concerns we had, and more importantly you answered them with the utmost patience. My wife and I recently moved into our new home, located in Sterling, Connecticut. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with John LaBossiere. He was informative and also articulated his ideas throughout the process of building our new home. The entire process took six months. As first time homebuilders my wife and I were the typical overly anxious clients. Lucky for us John eased our fears and anxieties by patiently explaining each step. Mr. LaBossiere met with us frequently at the job site to explain changes or issues that may occur. Many times he volunteered his own opinion in regards to the house plans. This as you can imagine helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend John. He is always prompt and professional. He also expected the same behavior from his employees.
